Zoita Mandila is an experienced dentist with a special interest in dental anxiety. She was awarded in 2010 a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis & Related Techniques by the British Society of Academic and Clinical Hypnosis which enabled her to use clinical hypnosis in her work. She was invited in 2017 to be a speaker by the St. George’s University in Grenada where she held talks and workshops on clinical hypnosis for medical professionals and students.
In 2019, Zoita was awarded a full scholarship for the Exeter MBA from which she graduated in September 2020 with Distinction. As part of her MBA, Zoita researched the effects of Virtual Reality technology on dental anxiety. Her research led her to an enrolment to an Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program with the aim of bringing the VR technology into the dental sector to support dental anxious patients.
Zoita is an accredited member of BSCAH and is teaching medical hypnosis for the society. She is based in Devon and enjoys exploring the beauty of the South West of the UK.
